Paddle with a Purpose is a paddle and party down the beautiful Whitewater. We are partnered with Green Acres Canoe and Kayak Rental for the paddle. Immediately following the paddle there will be a festival for everyone of all ages. Festivities will include live music, games, and most importantly – food and beer! Paddle with a Purpose is hosted by the Holcombs’ family and friends. We put on Paddle with a Purpose to raise awareness and funding for lung cancer research. All proceeds are donated to LUNGevity, the #1 fastest growing non-profit organization (2009) according to Charity Navigator. Please join us on September 11, 2010 to enjoy an amazing eight mile paddle and the party afterward. Bring friends, family, and pets! Know it is all for a good cause – funding research for the most fatal form of cancer.

The Nati Groove Alliance has been groovin all over Cincinnati for the past 2 years. The band got its start in a local music venue where they were able to hone their sound and build their fan base. The foundation of the Groove Alliance is funk incorporated into grooves with a jazz covering.
THE IMAGE AFRO-BEAT BAND
The Image Afro-beat Band is comprised of talented musicians that come from different musical & cultural backgrounds to play the unique style of music known as Afro-beat. Using the power of music, the band hopes to create appreciation for cultural diversity, respect for life and to contribute to making the world a more peaceful and respectful place in which to live.
